Online TV Series

Apartment Therapy recently posted about their 5 favorite YouTube series. According to the blog post, “appointment viewing” – basically, watching TV on your own time instead of its scheduled air date – is the most popular form of watching TV, and last year the average American watched nearly 30 hours of video online. Writer Elizabeth Giorgi showcased the wide variety of online entertainment that’s out there, everything from kid-friendly stop-animation to sci-fi thrillers. We were inspired by Apartment Therapy’s list and thought we’d add three more to the must-watch online TV series list:

Jon And Jen Are Married: A dark comedy 8-episode series about a couple bored with marriage and “doing something about it,” available for streaming on Vimeo and YouTube.

Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee: Produced and hosted by Jerry Seinfeld, this online video series is exactly what it sounds like…and it’s hilarious. Guest stars include Larry David, Chris Rock and Andy Samberg.

The Girls With Glasses: Brooke White (singer/songwriter) and Summer Bellessa (model/ELIZA Magazine editor) star in The Girls With Glasses, an online variety/talk show full of fashion, silliness and heart.
