2. Generated over 376,000 views across the Microchip website and social media channels across 1,000 product videos.

3. We optimized the official Microchip YouTube channel, growing over 3000 subscribers organically.

4. Reached new audiences and increased employee recruitment in the semiconductor community with original content such as "Women in Engineering" and "MCHP Tube."

Challenge:

Microchip Technology was at a crucial juncture, falling behind competitors in the semiconductor industry, which was growing revenue through online sales, social media, and digital channels. As a leading provider of smart, connected, and secure embedded control solutions, the company had a small online presence and outdated website compared to the competition. Their extensive product catalog had little to no visual presence online.

Solution:

Collaborating with the internal Marketing Communications team, Stjepan (Clear Online Video) created and spearheaded a corporate video strategy to align with company-wide objectives and initiatives, helping customers better understand the corporate mission and products.

  • The plan involved growing multiple divisions with customer-facing content and innovative campaigns to support industry tradeshows like the Embedded Systems Conference.

  • Internal training to support onboarding, recruitment, and continuous improvement.

  • Product videos created a new end-to-end user experience on Microchip.com, increasing sales and user engagement on the website and social media channels.

“Stjepan works with engineers and marketing teams who have little to no experience presenting or creating content and delivering it to an audience. He is an excellent coach and is very patient when working with people of all experience levels. It has been a real pleasure working with him.” – Rodger Richey – Microchip VP of Development Systems & Academic Programs
